Avoid this dental office. My daughter was scheduled for a dental cleaning, but in our experience no actual cleaning was performed. The visit lasted only a few minutes, there was no dental hygienist involved, yet we were billed for a cleaning. Even more concerning, the dentist applied dental sealant without my knowledge or consent. I was never informed that this procedure would be performed or given the opportunity to approve it beforehand. After the appointment, my daughter complained of a hard bump on her tooth that caused significant discomfort when biting. As a parent, I expect clear communication, informed consent before any procedure, and honest billing for the services actually provided. My experience fell far short of those expectations. Because of this visit, I had to seek a second opinion from another dentist. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Nail, for the past several years now and can't be more happy. My teeth are at their best ever since I switched from my previous dentist to her. My previous dentist wasn't the most transparent and honest when it came to the heath of my teeth and had gum issues while seeing him but ever since switching to Dr. Naik, all that changed. Healthy teeth, healthy gums, no bleeding when I flauce. I see her ever six months and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great, honest, warm and friendly dentist. She will make you feel comfortable like your talking with a friend and your teeth will thank you. Highly recommended!

Dr. Naik is absolutely wonderful! She is always so caring, gentle, and sweet, and she takes her time to make sure I’m completely comfortable at every visit. I never feel rushed, and her attention to detail and kindness truly set her apart. I really appreciate the excellent care she provides — I couldn’t ask for a better dentist!

Never again!! Waited 40mins and the xray and cleaning took 15mins total. No way should a proper cleaning be so short. I checked my teeth and there were still plaques in some areas. She didn't even floss or give me mouthwash to rinse. She was in such a hurry she also removed some of my gum line and never apologized when I screamed in pain. Never expected that at all cause the last visit was somewhat ok. The sad part is, when we go into a profession we take an oath to be better than the other person and be good at our job where customers or patients are treated the way we want to. But after a few years people change. No compassion or humanity, no accountability, no fair or quality treatment anymore. It's pretty sad and I hope she learns from these reviews.

So my last visit here was around 2023 but I am leaving this review due to the fact they basically scammed my insurance! I went yesterday to get my x-rays as I need them for a new place I’m going to only problem is the x-rays are just the wings of my mouth (back teeth) so I call them back today and say “hey I need the x-rays for my full mouth” but the woman on the phone tells me what they gave me is all they did (aka x-rays of just the back teeth) so I call the new place I’ll be going to and they inform me that must be incorrect as it shows they billed my insurance for a full mouth x-ray. I then proceed to call back once again and am told the same thing that they didn’t do all teeth. Another reason I will never return here! First and foremost this place is disgusting! And she didn’t even clean my teeth properly, not to mention she was very rough and grabbed my face at one point. Please if you can do not go here!!!! Since I can’t leave another review to respond, you charged my insurance for a full mouth x-ray as seen from what the new office sees you billed my insurance for and I also called my insurance which they confirmed and I have filed a fraud report with my insurance against

Dr. Naik first and foremost is a wonderful dentist. She truly cares for her patients and goes beyond her practice . She’s upfront and honest and provides the best oral care. I will recommend her to friends and family, manner of fact I’m booking an appointment for my mom, that’s how much I trust her work!

Worse dental experience! Not sanitary at all. She insisted I’d need a filling which I’ve never had in my life and began to perform the service which I never asked for. She had already started to drill in my tooth. Seemed a little suspicious when she had to drill a hole when a hole was suppose to already be there if I had cavities. She then said that she’s going to book the “services” I had today for two days. One for cleaning and one for filling, in order for her to get paid properly for work that was incomplete and not requested. Sounds like insurance scam to me. The cleaning was pretty short and unsatisfactory. The seat was covered in the previous person’s sweat and hair juices. The water tasted like bleach! The little chips for the X-ray are reused! This seems like a money centered place rather than an actual dental office that cares.
